WEDNESDAY

7.45pm - 8.30pm

Circuits 

A fun fitness class incorporating cardio, weights and bodyweight exercises.  All levels of fitness are welcome. 

FRIDAY (Once Per Month)

7.00 - 8.00pm

Kick & Flex 

A non-cardio workout, based on strength and mobility.  Working on your flexibility, leg & core strength.  All levels welcome, this is a great way to improve your flexibility.
