Monthly Sparring Class
To support our members’ growth, we offer an additional sparring class once a month on a Friday. This session caters to members who aim to compete or simply wish to take their sparring skills to the next level. It's an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself and engage with other dedicated members.
Why Spar?
Sparring is key to mastering timing, control, and tactical skills, which are crucial for the practical use of martial arts. It not only improves physical conditioning and sharpens reflexes but also builds mental resilience.
Safety First
We prioritise safety during all sparring sessions. Participants must wear full protective gear, including headgear, mouth-guards, gloves, and shin pads. Our skilled instructors supervise each session to ensure that safety and respect are maintained at all times.
